Republicans insiders are still worried about the plan from Roy Blunt's Republican Health Care Solutions Working Group -- largely because Blunt still hasn't come up with a plan. The latest hand-wringing comes from former GOP Congressman Joe Scarborough on MSNBC, disgusted with GOP Whip Eric Cantor's (R-VA) inability to articulate any health care ideas that haven't yet come from Blunt's health care working group:
