Arnold thinks Palin will be ready by inauguration
Ben Smith's Blog —
Another unhelpful Republican governor says she's sure Palin will be ready to be president by January 21.
Exchange of the Day
Taegan Goddard's Political Wire —
California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger (R), a strong supporter of Sen. John McCain, told CNN's Campbell Brown that Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin isn't quite ready to be commander in chief. BROWN: Do you think she's qualified to be president? SCHWARZENEGGER: I think that she will get to be qualified. BROWN: She will get there? What do you mean? She's not ready yet? BROWN: She will get there? What do you mean? She’s not ready ...

Apparently, even California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger (R) still needs some convincing. The McCain campaign convinced ...
Governator: Palin’s Not Qualified
Matthew Yglesias —
I don’t think he’s going to be endorsing her 2012 campaign:
It’s really too bad that Schwarzenegger can’t run himself. Presumably, he’d be insufficiently right-wing to win, but he does rate very high on the awesome scale and the “natural born citizen” rule is absurd and unfair. Last but by no means least, a Schwarzenegger administration would bring us one step closer to the dystopian vision of Demolition Man. ...
