Ben Smith's Blog —   Elevating some more aides to YouTube celeb status, the transition puts out a video making the case for stimulus. Melody Barnes, for instance, suggests that if the stimulus doesn't get through by February, school systems will start laying off teachers. Also, Mona Sutphen promises a "war on waste." A lot has changed in eight years, and the Obama White House is already signaling a big leap ahead in the use of technologies it perfected on the campaign.
