Tony Blair on Daily Show: I Like Bush
News — Tony Blair on Daily Show: I Like Bush Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair appeared on Comedy Central's "The Daily Show" last night, telling host Jon Stewart that he likes President Bush personally. "I like him," Blair said of Bush. Bush has a job approval rating of 32 percent among U.S. citizens, but as far as personal feelings go, Blair said Bush's likability depends on whether one agrees with him on national security issues. "It depends whether you agree with him or not on the security threat, which I happen to do, but if you don't then obviously you are less inclined to like him," Blair said. Blair went on to explain his views on the ...

Video: Jon Stewart vs. Tony Blair on Iraq
Hot Air » Top Picks — Video: Jon Stewart vs. Tony Blair on Iraq posted at 7:48 pm on September 19, 2008 by Allahpundit Send to a Friend | printer-friendly Two segments, the first an appetizer and the second the entree. Mr. Blair sounds most reasonable when he expresses the need for people of ALL faiths to come together. ( I do wonder why he recently picked Catholicism as his religion of choice though.) After watching the interview, I fell asleep - quite peacefully - and had very nice, vivid dreams of a world where we ALL get along. When I woke up this morning, all of those ...
