Is this one of those strange Middle Eastern customs?
RedState: Conservative News and Community — So President Bush is in Iraq today, and during a press conference he was apparently assaulted by a reporter who threw his shoes at the President. Something tells me that the Secret Service might have responded a wee bit more “assertively” had that happened with an American reporter here in the USA. P.S.
