A Greenwich Village bakery made famous by “Sex and the City” created “Drunken Negro Head” cookies for Inauguration Day. The cookies feature huge red eyes, an enormous nose, and big thick lips. “I called them Drunken Negro Heads. What’s the problem with that?” asked Ted Kefalinos, the baker responsible for the cookies.
